Hmmm....going digital doesn't have to be expensive.
Digital tablets start at about $20. Depending on how good a tablet is will cause it to vary in price.
I have a Wacom Bambo Capture, and yeah that one can cost about eh, $86 to $100 depending on where you buy it. BUT most Wacom tablets come with free digital software (like Photoshop and Sketchbook, so its like a two for one special almost. :D
Oh and there's another program called Manga Studio that only costs around $25 as well too! ([link])

I know a little bit about getting started digitally, so if you want I can try to help out as best I can. ^^;

I have already try to use the softweres... but to get my own PC and tablet... it is very expensive dear :D
